Submit requested documents, if you shortlisted (Aadhar, Pancard, Qualification certificate, Applicant photo, etc.)

Your approx investment upto 4 Lakhs include GST (refundable).

The entire process takes less than 10 days

• The relationship between the Stockist and Tata 1mg will be on a term & condition and agreement basis.
• Stockists have no authority to make any changes to the Tata 1mg products, services or offerings in any manner.
• Company will provide stockist of all products (medicines, health care products).
• Company will provide minimum order of Rs. 6lacs per month.
• Company will provide 20% commission on every order.
• Company provide working area for stockist, 30km-radius from your location.
• If any products expire, they will be replaced/exchanged by another product.
• If any products are damaged during transportation, they will be replaced by another product.
• Company provides delivery boys for pick-up & delivery of orders.
• Company provides products for stockroom upto Rs. 10 to 20 lacs.
• Company will do interior according to company's design.
• Company will provide rent & electricity bill of stock room according to your locality.
• Company will provide products & equipment.
• Company will provide all the SOPs, training & manuals.
• Company will provide software for billing & inventory management.
• Required area for stockroom: 150 SFT to 300 SFT.
• Company provides orders via official email: info@tata1mgstockistpartners.com.
• Accurate and complete records will be kept by the franchise in regards to handling of the product.
• The company shall keep accurate and complete accounts on the company's behalf, and the members may review them at any time.
• Franchisee registration fee – ₹55,000/- (Includes GST). It is refundable when handing over the franchisee.
• Along with each payment, the stockist will submit payment receipts to the company.
• Security deposit amount – ₹153,000/- during agreement process. It is refunded after your work starts.
• Company will take NOC from the government authority and proceed for installation. The estimated cost for this will be 1.86 Lakh.
• The stockist must provide written notice of 45 days before termination.
• Stockist shall not make any representations to customers except what Tata 1mg communicates in writing. Misrepresentation will be their own responsibility.
• Stockist shall not make unsolicited offers to potential customers without explicit consent.
• Stockist may have access to customer contact, prescriptions and medical information which are confidential. They shall not store, share or use this information for any other purpose.
• The Stockist Program will be governed by laws of India and Tata 1mg may modify terms of engagement from time to time.
